Google Earth Help Swiss Police Bust Marijuana Growers

First, Google Maps gave us an epic battle with street view and now Google Earth helps the Swiss police bust a drug gang. I wonder what will be the next story Google will bring us. Perhaps they will catch someone sunbathing naked, oh wait, they already did that.
The plantation, measuring almost two acres, was hidden inside a field of corn. But officers using Google Earth to locate the address of two farmers suspected of involvement in the drug operation quickly spotted the illegal crop.
Police said the find was part of a bigger investigation that led to the arrest of 16 people and seizure of 1.2 tons of marijuana as well as cash and valuables worth 900,000 Swiss francs ($780,000).
I don’t know, it’s starting to feel a little like Enemy of the State in here. Luckily, I have my trusty tin foil hat to protect me.
